We opened our doors on 10 November 2007, offering our guests the extraordinary flavours of Mediterranean and Ottoman cuisine. Conveniently located in Gümüsuyu, our award-winning restaurant boasts a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus – the straits that separate Europe from Asia – and is a popular choice for both local and international diners looking to indulge in exquisite gourmet cooking and the finest hospitality.

Dubbed ‘the jewel of Istanbul’, our patrons can enjoy fine dining at Topaz for lunch and dinner every day of the week. The restaurant is complemented by a formal yet relaxed bar and lounge areas – perfect for pre-dinner aperitifs or a cocktail at the end of a busy day.

Set in the heart of this vibrant cosmopolitan city, the restaurant owes its serene atmosphere to Nur Kanatli and Murat Ozturk of AKS Architecture. Taking on the calming and relaxing properties of the topaz stone, they have created an oasis of tranquillity for diners wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of Istanbul.

The stone also influenced the restaurant’s distinctive contemporary decor. Internationally renowned designer Koray Ozgen adopted topaz’s geometrical shape to establish a striking interior, where strong lines divide and form an inspiring inner space, while at the same time framing the spectacular view of the Bosphoros’ crystal clear water and the landscapes of the city.
