We are as passionate about our wines as our food. From the start, our intention was to create one of Istanbul’s best cellars, offering both depth and variety. We have done just that, winning the Best Restaurant Wine Cellar Awards from Gusto – Turkey’s premier alcohol beverages magazine – two years on the trot.
Our eclectic list of 262 wines is carefully selected from Europe’s finest vineyards and the best cellars in America and Australasia. We stock 40 Bordeaux Grand Cru wines - five of which are premier Grand Cru labels, including a range of vintage Château Pétrus and with many other classic premier choices from around the world, such as Sassicaia, Marchesi de Frescobaldi, Gaja, Mas La Plana, Almaviva and Heitz.
The wine menu starts with our choice of champagnes, such as Dom Perignon, Dom Ruinart and Cristal Roederer, and is followed by wines, which are split into three categories: the Old World (France, Italy, Spain, etc), the New World (North America, South America, Chile, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, etc) and Old Rare Wines. If you are after a rare experience, try the sweet taste of Hungarian Tokay, 'less a wine than a prince of liqueurs' with 'the colour and price of gold'. For the spring and summer, we offer an extensive list of Rosé wines.
We serve 56 different local and imported wines by the glass or carafe to allow our guests both the choice and variety to compliment their meals. Our master team on hand to give expert advice, you can be sure to select the perfect wine to accompany your meal.
