Tevfik ALPARSLAN         (Executive Chef)

Turkish born, in Bolu Mengen, executive chef Tevfik Alparslan, who has international awards in twenty-two years in culinary experience, is summing up world's outstanding cuisine examples in Topaz Restaurant.

To improve his culinary genius Tevfik Alparslan worked in some of the most important restaurants and cities such as London - Hakkasan, Paris - El Espadon, Milan - Al Sorriso, New York Manhattan - The Park Tower Savarona and also gained succes in working with the popular Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten.

He is the first Turkish origin chef who served in fine dining restaurant in New York, also was published in New York Times Zagat and Journal Magazines. He gained 2 stars from Journal Magazine and  attracted the attentions in world culinary arena.

Our successful head chef is also first Turkish origin chef who prepared " First Class Degustation Menu" in France - "Michelin starred" Auxerroise Hotel Restaurant Laroche a Chablis  during ten days.

Our brilliant head chef continues to serve up culinary delights with contemporary flavours and techniques from the Topaz kitchen to the guests who are looking for gourmet cooking.
