Chef Stefano Marconi was born in Folignone in 1969 and worked both in Italy (Milan and then Luguria) he returned back to Umbria, to perform the art of cookery in the restaurant called Le Silve di Armenzano (Armenzano region, Assisi, PG), which is located in a very impressive mountain view in the feet of Mount Subasio. This elegant ambiance is supported with the gastronomy solutions that his high cuisine presents. Most tempting tastes that come from the rooted Umbria tradition are skillfully combined in the menus that are prepared by him with great pleasure.
